Spring in The Australian Gardens at Mount Annan in NSW Australia is a beautiful affair. Although the weather is still a little chilly, the plants have taken it to mind to burst into bloom in a glorious profusion of colour. You can see birds and butterflies flitting from flower to flower, and not only that, the human species has that certain spring in their steps as they wander through the magnificent beds of flowers.
Every spring for as long as I can remember the front gardens have always been ablaze with colour in Spring. Various species of Rhodanthe Daisies in pink, yellow and white tilt their beautiful heads towards the sky.
The gardens are a haven for bird, nature and flower Photographers.
Rhodanthe Daisies are also known as Everlasting Daisies and some people call them paper daisies and sunrays. These annual and perennial daisies are relatively easy to grow with their flowering time in September depending on the weather.
